*** poor customer service

Every time I call a recording answers and says sorry I didnt get that

Then repeats I still didnt get that and hangs up. Pay for cloud storage sending me notifications need payment.

Sent back receipt of payment in email. Cut off my storage anyway.

So I blocked payment why pay for service youre not getting. Cannot get a hold of a person to correct problem worse *** customer service I ever had to deal with

I bought more storage because my Google Cloud Storage is full and deleting photos, & videos . I have hundreds of them missing already.

These are very dear to.me and expensive to.replace. please help me get them back.

User's recommendation: Google show tell you way in advance when your going to have to buy more storage. I Was told by friends when I received texts that they were phoney texts by scammers to get your credit card information. I still found out this was true intact that these messages where from.someome infect trying to get my information. So beware of tnis. .I have no idea how they find out your storage is in fact full either they're hacking hacking into Google some how or they just don't know how they know.

There was NO EXPERIENCE AT ALL other than voice activated system. Get a REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT on the phone who can help with my situation. IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Review? I haven't been helped!

I need a "Real Human" Google Cloud customer service rep to contact me. Voice recorded or AI does not help me. Please contact me immediately. I keep receiving emails in my spam stating that my Google Cloud has been suspended and payment has been declined.

If this has nothing to do with You and is a "Hoax," please let me know IMMEDIATELY too. This has to cleared up!!!

I think my Google account is locked out

I got an email (that went to my junk mail) that they would close my i cloud account on Jan 25th 2026. Im only now finding that e-mail. The email said I would stay with no videos, photos, etc.

How should I proceed?

Very unsatisfied about google storage. Blocking my service when my phone has over 250gb

I have over 250 GB in my Moto G 5G (2022). When I told my carrier that I keep getting messages saying that I'm almost out of storage, he told me that I have plenty.

Ignore the posts. I have been paying $1.99 to purchase extra storage, but I did not re.

User's recommendation: Right now I would not recommend getting google storage for $1.99.I understand them stopping my photos from being saved to google cloud . but that should not have anything to do with my google chrome or gmail. I think I'm going to have to find different browsers. And reset my phone and computer to factory. I am very disappointed with this problem right now. I have used google chrome for years and have recommended the service to friends and family. My car was in a MVA on 11/28/25 and I spoke with my insurance co. Today. They were going to send the information to my gmail about my information and everything that we discussed about the accident claim. Who would be coming out to inspect my car. And I have not had a an email since 11/25/25

The automated system hung up on me! This is hot garbage!

I'm being double charged and receiving emails that my pictures and videos are going to be deleted. Also, my credit card was declined, but that's not true!

What type of cards u take far as credit cards

Overcharged

I was double charged for my storage for the year and then refunded one and then you shut me down. I had to buy more storage units to keep it going I would like a explanation of why I am paying 2999 and 2109 for Storage fees
