Google cloud Billing

I am a student in programming. My current course is taking us to Google Cloud API.

It's my first time using it, so I'm following the instructions given by my professor. After entering my banking information, Google Cloud API is blocking me on a project that I have no idea about and what it does there. To make matters worse, there are two projects that I have no clue about and where they came from. They are asking me to provide proof of my identity.

I do so, and within 15 minutes, I am rejected. I restart the process, and the same thing happens again. In total, I have sent them my identification documents more than 5 times, and it's always the same outcome. Eventually, I found a way to receive a call from them.

Then I'm told that it's not Google Pay that is blocking me, but rather Google Cloud. I send more requests for assistance. I have sent over 10 requests, including the two I just sent, and no matter what I write, I receive the same response. It's as if it's a pre-written text.

Here is one of the latest letters I sent, along with the response I receive every time:

Hello Alex,

I want to go further and escalate this to a higher level than the specialist team.

I reject this decision.

Firstly, you don't state what is not working (After careful review, we regret to inform you that our specialist team has decided to suspend this profile for violation of our terms of use.

We cannot provide further details about the circumstances of this suspension or other suspensions in general.) Vaguer than that, it's clear...!!!

Secondly, as I have been trying to explain, this is my first time using Google Cloud API, and when I provide my payment information, YOU block me for reasons X, Y, Z, or reason 1.

Thirdly, the two projects "my first project," I have no idea what they are and what they are doing there! Since it's my first time using Google Cloud API.

Fourthly, I have sent you the requested documents five times, and they are rejected every time, without telling me why? You ask for a photo of the credit card with the name and visible number and also an identification card with a photo and address. THAT'S WHAT I HAVE SENT YOU, 5 TIMES, MY CREDIT CARD, PHOTOS OF BOTH SIDES (because it's designed that way), AND MY DRIVER'S LICENSE.

If that's not what you want, you should precisely state the documents you require. If you want a passport, I don't have one. I don't have the means to travel.

Fifthly, YOU are penalizing me for a mystery/reason that is not MY FAULT, and you thank me for my cooperation! I'm at a loss for words!!!

And I'm not supposed to say anything?

Sixthly, YOU are not offering me any other options to resolve this issue and continue my courses. Due to your fault, I CANNOT CONTINUE, AND I WILL LOSE FIVE YEARS' WORTH OF SAVINGS!!!

Seventhly, will you reimburse me for the courses that I cannot continue because of YOU? Or find other options for me to access Google Cloud API so that I can continue my courses?

Eighthly, I have suggested simple options that don't seem to satisfy you, and I am proposing another one.

- Remove the two projects "my first project" since one of them is causing the problem, and I have no idea what they are or what they do there. As I have been trying to tell you, it's my first time accessing Google Cloud API when you blocked me.

- Have a "SKYPE" call with me, so that you can see me, confirm my identity, and ask me questions in real-time.

- Create a new profile for me!

You will see that I won't cause any issues.

Ninthly, I just want to be able to continue my courses and redirect my career. It's simple to understand, isn't it?

Do you think I would struggle like this otherwise?

I'm not asking for a miracle, just the ability to continue my courses, and for that, I need to use Google Cloud API as the courses are based around it.

And here I am, still blocked to this day. I'm going to lose five years' worth of savings, time, and more because of this situation.

I am being harassed by any individual who has been using in abusing my personal information he has stolen my identity and has been using my cloud he has taken over my device manipulating people browser and has been fighting the law for identity theft and fraud he has been forgering my signature electronic and voice wise on documents and statements to control my phone which is a Moto g stylus 5 (2022) Android Device I am not using computer or any other devices harassing stalking, targeting, tracking, spying through my TV and phone invading my privacy using commands through Linux and controls through Moto OEM configuration leaving my personal information open to the public by using software using and abusing the tools and software by using a so call business through Google workspace and a school project through Chrome Enterprise claiming me as his client and as a minor or his business partner which I am not every business partner n client that he claims to be is not what he says they are they're all these victims that he's been victimizing each and every one of them this individual has been using also id.me.com with a copy of my ID stating that I share I do not give him permission I did not give any permission to use my personal information every single day 24/7 then he monitors me as a child controlling my phone I can't take it anymore I didn't get anybody permission to use my phone service or share my information this individual is using my information and has been committing all kinds of fraud I am not going to go to jail for the federal state prison for the rest of my life from all his crimes that he's been committing this individual has been using and abusing all with sites for the use of the juice to commit these crimes I've been reporting this since 2019 and no one has not did anything about this to keep on a longing him cuz he's feeding on the stolen money he's been purchasing all kinds of stuff Amazon it's coming from people's hard-working money this is why they keep on ignoring me because of the things he's been doing on my phone I get recorded to the local authorities which didn't do anything at that time I did report him again they said they need a paper proof I went and got a printer and he's hacking my printer I can't I got this phone it was back for me to use for my personal it's not for me to be harassed I'm not paying for my phone bill to be harassed no one should be using my phone service I call my from the company from my phone service they say they don't see nothing on their side cuz he removes everything the same way he does and when Amazon want to call Amazon just individual does not have no permission whatsoever every document that he's that he's they're saying that I signed it I agree to it it's all false information please remove my information from your website I don't want nothing on Google cloud and I did not request to use it I don't want to use it I don't want nothing on my Google account on my phone I am not going to go to jail for his crimes please let me live my life the way I'm supposed to I am tired of being harassed every single day he makes sure he does not let one day go by without harassment also he comforts with each and every game stealing my winnings jumping with the gameplay every single time II'm playing for real money just in the picture just keeps on harassing me I can't even look at a movie in peace cuz he's tampering with my TV making it buff every every so many seconds I'm tired of this I can't even listen to music cuz the tampers with my music Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I contacted a Google Pay agent again for validation and assistance.He checked my account, gave instructions, and asked for feedback.After a few hours, I received emails confirming my account verification and access to Cloud API services.

To be short, it a turn around. over 12 times i send all the documents they ask and 12 times in less of 30 min they refuse it and don't tell nothing for what or give me a reason.

Services have expired?

I've received several texts reminding me to renew my cloud that it has expired and I was going to lose my photographs. I'm just trying to contact a valid customer service person of cloud. I would like to know if this is from your company or not. I get several fraud communications. I cannot provide a photo unless I receive the text again I have deleted it.

I keep receiving a notice to upgrade my cloud às my subscription is about to expire; but I am receiving a address that I am warned could be dangerous! I want to receive confirmation from cloud telling me this was an authentic text and email.

Retrieving my cloud storage

I lost my phone and got locked out of my old email. I have tried and tried to no avail to retrieve it and would be so very grateful for any help to get back in to 5 whole years of pictures

They have stolen and used my identity for many reasons that are now currently under investigation, so we need you all to remove that them from my account immediately

Google Cloud Billing Issue and i am not able to raise the case with billing department

Hi Team ,

It was very clear with the communication that I had with the support team and they have successfully waive off all the amounts corresponding to billing account : 0171**-**D822-6EBD3D

There is no intention to use any of the services post waive off request .I requested earlier also to shut down the project as I am not using it anymore. Being a student I am not sure how much that amount has been calculated and I am not in position to pay that much amount which is already waived off.

Requesting you to look into the issue as soon as possible .FYI I am attaching all the references in mail regarding the amount is waived off .

Kindly note I am not using any of the services of GCP since last waive off and I will not be using the services going forward also.

You can terminate my account and shut down all the resources at the earliest . In any case I wont be able to pay any amount as I am student and can not pay that much amount which is already waived off .
